What we do not do

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no tracking cookies. We do not profile visitors and we do not build audiences.

Local storage on your device

We store two small preferences in your browser's local storage: your colour theme (light or dark) and your language choice. These stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.

Contact and waiting-list forms

If you send a message or join the waiting list, the form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which acts as our processor and forwards it to our inbox.

• What we receive: your e-mail address and the content of your message; for the waiting list, your e-mail address and which product you registered interest in.
• Why: to reply to you, or to notify you when a paid edition is released.
• Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• How long: until you ask us to delete it, or until the waiting list has served its purpose. One e-mail to us removes you.

Third-party resources the pages load

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare's cdnjs. As a technical consequence of any web request, those providers can see your IP address and basic browser information. Downloads are hosted on GitHub Releases, so GitHub logs download requests. We receive no personal data from any of them.

Hosting

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard server request data (including IP addresses) for security and operation. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

3. The Yuki desktop app

Yuki is local-first. It is a program that runs on your own machine, not a cloud service with an account.

What Yuki does not send us

• No conversations, prompts or AI responses.
• No files, screenshots, microphone audio or camera input.
• No usage statistics, feature counters, telemetry or crash reports.
• No API keys — yours never leave your machine.

Licence verification is offline

Paid editions are unlocked by a cryptographically signed licence file (Ed25519). The app verifies that signature on your computer. There is no activation call, no periodic check-in and no licence server that records when or where you run the software.

Connections the app makes on your behalf

Yuki reaches the internet only when you use a feature that requires it. Those requests go directly from your computer to the provider, using your own credentials — we do not proxy, log or intermediate them. Depending on what you use, that can include:

• Your AI provider (for example OpenRouter) — receives the prompt and conversation context needed to answer.
• Data services for tools you invoke: weather, exchange rates, cryptocurrency prices, geocoding, earthquake data, public-IP lookup.
• Google services — only if you choose to connect an account for calendar or mail features.
• A text-to-speech provider such as ElevenLabs — only if you enter a key for it. The default voice engine works offline.
• A one-time model download the first time you use the microphone in the "light" build, to fetch the speech-recognition model. After that, speech recognition runs offline.

Each of those providers processes that data under its own privacy policy, as your own data controller or processor. Review their terms before enabling a feature you are unsure about. If you never use a feature, its provider is never contacted.

4. Purchases

All paid orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle is an independent controller for the payment data it collects — name, billing address, country, payment details and any tax identifiers. See Paddle's privacy policy.

What we receive from Paddle: your name, e-mail address, country, the product purchased and an order reference. We use it to issue your licence key, provide support, and handle refunds. We never receive your full card number.

Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (delivering the licence) and compliance with our legal obligations. Retention: order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Support e-mail

When you write to destek@ihsandeniz.net.tr we hold your message and address for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep a record of related purchases or refunds. Please do not send us API keys, passwords or the contents of private conversations — we do not need them, and we will ask you to redact anything sensitive from logs before sharing them.

6. International transfers

Some of the processors above operate outside Türkiye and the EEA — Formspree and GitHub in the United States, Paddle in the United Kingdom and the EU. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is done on the basis of the transfer mechanisms those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, e-mail destek@ihsandeniz.net.tr. We respond within 30 days. Because Yuki stores your content on your own device, most of what you might want deleted is already fully under your control.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU, your national data protection authority.

8. Children

Yuki is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy a licence. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

9. Security

Because Yuki keeps your data on your own machine, the strongest protection is the one you control: use full-disk encryption, keep your operating system updated, and treat your API keys like passwords. On our side, the website is served over HTTPS and access to the support inbox and order records is restricted to us.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes how data is handled — for example an optional cloud service — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date before that feature ships. We will not start collecting data described here as "not collected" without saying so first.

Yapmadıklarımız

Bu sitede analitik, izleme pikseli, reklam betiği ve izleme çerezi yoktur. Ziyaretçi profili çıkarmayız, kitle oluşturmayız.

Cihazınızdaki yerel depolama

Tarayıcınızın yerel deposunda iki küçük tercih tutulur: renk teması (açık/koyu) ve dil seçiminiz. Bunlar cihazınızda kalır, bize hiç iletilmez.

İletişim ve bekleme listesi formları

Mesaj gönderdiğinizde ya da bekleme listesine katıldığınızda form, veri işleyenimiz olan Formspree (Formspree, Inc., ABD) üzerinden gelen kutumuza iletilir.

• Bize ulaşan: e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınızın içeriği; bekleme listesinde e-posta adresiniz ve hangi ürüne ilgi gösterdiğiniz.
• Amaç: size yanıt vermek ya da ücretli sürüm çıktığında haber vermek.
• Hukuki dayanak: açık rızanız ve talepleri yanıtlamaktaki meşru menfaatimiz.
• Süre: silmemizi isteyene kadar ya da bekleme listesi amacını yerine getirene kadar. Tek bir e-posta ile listeden çıkarsınız.

Sayfaların yüklediği üçüncü taraf kaynaklar

Sayfalar yazı tiplerini Google Fonts'tan, simgeleri Cloudflare cdnjs'ten yükler. Her web isteğinin teknik sonucu olarak bu sağlayıcılar IP adresinizi ve temel tarayıcı bilgilerinizi görebilir. İndirmeler GitHub Releases üzerinde barındırılır; dolayısıyla indirme isteklerini GitHub kaydeder. Bunların hiçbirinden bize kişisel veri gelmez.

Barındırma

Site, barındırma sağlayıcımız tarafından sunulur; sağlayıcı güvenlik ve işletim amacıyla standart sunucu istek verilerini (IP adresleri dahil) işler. Bu kayıtları ziyaretçileri tanımlamak veya profillemek için kullanmayız.

3. Yuki masaüstü uygulaması

Yuki önce-yerel (local-first) çalışır. Hesap açtığınız bir bulut hizmeti değil, kendi makinenizde çalışan bir programdır.

Yuki'nin bize göndermedikleri

• Konuşmalar, istemler veya yapay zekâ yanıtları gönderilmez.
• Dosya, ekran görüntüsü, mikrofon sesi veya kamera girdisi gönderilmez.
• Kullanım istatistiği, özellik sayacı, telemetri veya çökme raporu gönderilmez.
• API anahtarları gönderilmez — sizinki makinenizden hiç çıkmaz.

Lisans doğrulaması çevrimdışıdır

Ücretli sürümler kriptografik olarak imzalanmış bir lisans dosyasıyla (Ed25519) açılır. Uygulama bu imzayı sizin bilgisayarınızda doğrular. Aktivasyon çağrısı, periyodik kontrol ya da yazılımı ne zaman/nerede çalıştırdığınızı kaydeden bir lisans sunucusu yoktur.

Uygulamanın sizin adınıza kurduğu bağlantılar

Yuki internete yalnızca gerektiren bir özelliği kullandığınızda çıkar. Bu istekler doğrudan sizin bilgisayarınızdan sağlayıcıya, sizin kimlik bilgilerinizle gider — araya girmez, kaydetmez, aracılık etmeyiz. Kullandığınıza bağlı olarak şunlar olabilir:

• Yapay zekâ sağlayıcınız (örneğin OpenRouter) — yanıt için gereken istem ve konuşma bağlamını alır.
• Çağırdığınız araçlar için veri servisleri: hava durumu, döviz kurları, kripto fiyatları, coğrafi kodlama, deprem verisi, genel IP sorgusu.
• Google servisleri — yalnızca takvim veya e-posta özellikleri için bir hesap bağlamayı seçerseniz.
• ElevenLabs gibi bir seslendirme sağlayıcısı — yalnızca anahtar girdiyseniz. Varsayılan ses motoru çevrimdışı çalışır.
• "Hafif" derlemede mikrofonu ilk kez kullandığınızda ses tanıma modelini indiren tek seferlik model indirmesi. Sonrasında ses tanıma çevrimdışı çalışır.

Bu sağlayıcıların her biri veriyi kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Emin olmadığınız bir özelliği açmadan önce ilgili şartları inceleyin. Bir özelliği hiç kullanmazsanız, sağlayıcısıyla hiç iletişim kurulmaz.

4. Satın almalar

Tüm ücretli siparişler kayıtlı satıcı (Merchant of Record) sıfatıyla Paddle.com Market Limited tarafından işlenir. Paddle, topladığı ödeme verileri (ad, fatura adresi, ülke, ödeme bilgileri, vergi kimlik numaraları) bakımından bağımsız veri sorumlusudur. Bkz. Paddle gizlilik politikası.

Paddle'dan bize ulaşan: adınız, e-posta adresiniz, ülkeniz, satın alınan ürün ve sipariş referansı. Bunları lisans anahtarınızı üretmek, destek vermek ve iadeleri işlemek için kullanırız. Kart numaranızın tamamını hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.

Hukuki dayanak: sözleşmenin ifası (lisansın teslimi) ve hukuki yükümlülüklerimize uyum. Saklama: sipariş ve fatura kayıtları, vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.

5. Destek e-postası

destek@ihsandeniz.net.tr adresine yazdığınızda mesajınızı ve adresinizi, konuyu çözmek ve ilgili satın alma/iade kaydını tutmak için gereken süre boyunca saklarız. Lütfen bize API anahtarı, parola veya özel konuşmalarınızın içeriğini göndermeyin — bunlara ihtiyacımız yok; günlük (log) paylaşacaksanız hassas kısımları çıkarmanızı isteriz.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım

Yukarıdaki veri işleyenlerin bir kısmı Türkiye ve AEA dışında faaliyet gösterir — Formspree ve GitHub ABD'de, Paddle Birleşik Krallık ve AB'de. Kişisel verinin yurt dışına aktarıldığı hallerde bu, ilgili sağlayıcıların uyguladığı standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi aktarım mekanizmalarına dayanır.

7. Haklarınız

Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak; hakkınızda tuttuğumuz kişisel veriye erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeyi kısıtlatma veya buna itiraz etme, veriyi taşınabilir biçimde alma ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için destek@ihsandeniz.net.tr adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Yuki içeriğinizi kendi cihazınızda sakladığı için, silinmesini isteyebileceğiniz şeylerin çoğu zaten tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir.

Ayrıca denetim makamına şikâyet hakkınız vardır — Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK), AB'de kendi ülkenizin veri koruma otoritesi.

8. Çocuklar

Yuki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Lisans satın almak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız ya da ebeveyn/vasi onayınızın bulunması gerekir. 16 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

9. Güvenlik

Yuki verinizi kendi makinenizde tuttuğu için en güçlü koruma sizin elinizdedir: disk şifrelemesi kullanın, işletim sisteminizi güncel tutun ve API anahtarlarınıza parola gibi davranın. Bizim tarafımızda site HTTPS üzerinden sunulur; destek gelen kutusuna ve sipariş kayıtlarına erişim yalnızca bizimledir.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Veri işleme biçimini değiştiren bir özellik eklersek — örneğin isteğe bağlı bir bulut hizmeti — bu sayfayı güncelleyip "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz; hem de özellik yayına girmeden önce. Burada "toplanmıyor" diye tarif edilen bir veriyi, önceden söylemeden toplamaya başlamayız.
