2. Licence

The Yuki source code is licensed under the MIT License. The full text ships with the code (LICENSE file) in the repository github.com/ihsandeniz/yuki-oss. The repository is not public yet; this page will link to it when it is.

The MIT License does not cover the Yuki character (design, appearance, persona), its name used as a character, or any artwork, avatar, sprite, animation, 3D model, icon or logo. These are Copyright © 2026 İhsan Deniz Tüfekci, all rights reserved. Forks must replace them with their own artwork before redistributing. The exact list is in the NOTICE file.

Third-party libraries bundled with Yuki keep their own licences.

3. No warranty

As the MIT License says, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and the authors are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from its use. Whether and how far this limitation applies under Turkish consumer law has not been reviewed.

4. AI providers and other services

Yuki works with an AI model you choose: a cloud provider (for example OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq) with your own key, or a local model (for example Ollama). When you choose a cloud provider, your messages and the context needed to answer go to that provider and are handled under its terms and privacy policy. With a local model they stay on your computer.

Some features use other services (voice output, weather, exchange rates, Google calendar or mail if you connect them). The Privacy Policy lists them.

5. Actions on your computer

Yuki can read and write files, run terminal commands and open applications when you ask it to. Review what you ask for. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for their results.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Yuki to break the law or harm others — for example to create malware, attack systems, harass or impersonate people, or infringe someone else’s rights.

7. If you bought a licence before

Until October 2026, paid editions of Yuki (up to version 0.8.x) were sold through Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. The licence you bought is not cancelled by this change. Whether updates and support continue for those licences has not been decided yet. Refunds: see the Refund Policy.

8. This website

The texts, images and design of ihsandeniz.net.tr belong to İhsan Deniz Tüfekci unless stated otherwise. Open-source projects linked from the site follow their own licences. The licence of the free Kasa guide and its sample vault is not stated yet.

9. Changes and governing law

If these terms change, this page and its date will be updated. Governing law and competent courts are not stated yet.

MIT Lisansı; Yuki karakterini (tasarımı, görünüşü, kişiliği), karakter adı olarak kullanılan "Yuki" adını ve hiçbir görseli, avatarı, animasyonu, 3B modeli, simgeyi ya da logoyu kapsamaz. Bunlar © 2026 İhsan Deniz Tüfekci, tüm hakları saklıdır. Yuki’yi çatallayıp dağıtacak olan bu görselleri kendi görselleriyle değiştirmelidir. Tam liste NOTICE dosyasındadır.

Yuki ile gelen üçüncü taraf kütüphaneler kendi lisanslarına tabidir.

3. Garanti yok

MIT Lisansında yazdığı gibi yazılım "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti olmadan sunulur; yazarlar kullanımından doğan talep, zarar ya da sorumluluktan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu sınırlamanın Türk tüketici hukukunda ne ölçüde geçerli olduğu incelenmedi.

4. Yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları ve diğer servisler

Yuki senin seçtiğin bir yapay zekâ modeliyle çalışır: kendi anahtarınla bir bulut sağlayıcısı (ör. OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq) ya da yerel bir model (ör. Ollama). Bulut sağlayıcısı seçersen mesajların ve cevap için gereken bağlam o sağlayıcıya gider ve onun şartlarına, gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Yerel model seçersen bilgisayarından çıkmaz.

Bazı özellikler başka servisler kullanır (sesli cevap, hava durumu, döviz, bağlarsan Google takvim ve posta). Liste Gizlilik Politikası’nda.

5. Bilgisayarında yaptığı işlemler

Yuki, sen istediğinde dosya okuyup yazabilir, terminal komutu çalıştırabilir, uygulama açabilir. Ne istediğini gözden geçir. Verdiğin komutlardan ve sonuçlarından sen sorumlusun.

6. Kullanım sınırı

Yuki’yi yasaya aykırı işlerde ya da başkasına zarar vermek için kullanma: zararlı yazılım üretmek, sistemlere saldırmak, birini taciz etmek ya da taklit etmek, başkasının hakkını çiğnemek gibi.

7. Daha önce lisans aldıysan

Ekim 2026’ya kadar Yuki’nin ücretli sürümleri (0.8.x’e kadar) Paddle.com Market Limited aracılığıyla satıldı. Aldığın lisans bu değişiklikle iptal olmaz. Bu lisanslara güncelleme ve destek verilip verilmeyeceği henüz kararlaştırılmadı. İade için İade Politikası’na bak.

8. Bu site

ihsandeniz.net.tr’deki metinler, görseller ve tasarım, aksi yazmadıkça İhsan Deniz Tüfekci’ye aittir. Siteden bağlantı verilen açık kaynak projeler kendi lisanslarına tabidir. Ücretsiz Kasa rehberinin ve örnek kasanın lisansı henüz yazılmadı.

9. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar değişirse bu sayfa ve tarihi güncellenir. Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkeme henüz yazılmadı.
